Lawful basis: Under the UK GDPR, we process your data on the basis of: performance of our contract with you; compliance with legal obligations; and your explicit consent where applicable.

Data sharing: We share data only where necessary with the Home Office, the IAA (for regulatory compliance), and service providers supporting your case (such as translators). We never sell your data.

Data retention: In line with IAA record-keeping requirements and legal obligations, we retain your data for six years after your case closes, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
