What we cannot promise

  • Visa decisions: only the Home Office decides.
  • Processing times: GOV.UK times are estimates.
  • Work outside our authorisation level: we assess refused cases and refer to a higher-level adviser where needed; appeals and asylum are outside our scope.

Frequently asked questions

How much do you charge?

The initial assessment is free. Our service fee depends on the visa type and the complexity of your case. After assessment, we provide a written quotation setting out exactly what is included, with no hidden costs.

What is your IAA registration number?

Our registration number is F202640104. You can verify our registration and authorisation level on the Immigration Advice Authority’s Adviser Register using this number.

My application was refused — can you help?

Whether we can assist depends on the complexity of your case and our authorisation level. Send us your refusal letter and we will assess whether we can take on the case, or refer you to a higher-level adviser if needed.

How long does the application process take?

Processing times vary by visa type. Home Office standard processing ranges from a few weeks to several months. We will explain the typical timeframe for your route during your free assessment and keep you updated throughout.

Do you offer support in other languages?

We advise in English and Turkish. Please let us know your preferred language.

What if I am unhappy with your service?

Please contact us first at info@wizeadvice.biz. If the matter cannot be resolved, you may complain to the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA). As an IAA-registered organisation, we are regulated by them and follow their complaints procedure.
